This post marks nearly two years to the day since I started blogging. In light of this milestone, it seemed only right to change a few things around.<\/p>\n
First and foremost is the new layout, which has several added features. Right at the top is a lovely new banner, very generously made by my friend Joseph Sheldahl. Another new addition is the clapboard that I recently took purchase of. I’ll be using it to present vital information about each film, in addition to the location and format in which I saw the film, all in a single “at-a-glance” picture.<\/p>\n
Far more importantly, I’ll be trying some new things with social media. The new layout came bundled with social media buttons in the upper-right corner of every page, so it’s never been easier to share these posts on the social networks of your choice. What’s more, the blog now has its own dedicated Facebook and Twitter pages. Links to both can be found at the bottom of the right sidebar.<\/p>\n
I’m still trying to tweak the colors of the new layout, so any advice there would be duly appreciated. If you’d like to keep current on this blog, then I urge you to start following my Facebook and Twitter pages. If you like what you see here, then spread the word as best you can. This is going to be a great year at the movies, and I’d love to continue being your guide through the multiplexes and the arthouses.<\/p>\n
